The original role of the ‘Red Coat’ was to create a sense of ceremony, with a recognisable key speaker easily noticed around the room. But even without the bright wardrobe, the role of an MC is a simple but fundamental edition to the smooth running and coordination of your perfect day…

An ‘Event Host’ will guide your guests from one key event to the next, by introducing:

  • Confetti throw
  • Call through to dinner
  • Arrival of the Married Couple
  • Start of the Wedding Breakfast
  • Speeches
  • Cutting the cake
  • First Dance
  • … and any other key announcements on your day!

But it doesn’t end there!
Samantha will also entertain and welcome your guests along the way by providing an appropriate level of humour, conversation, and even some lighthearted banter to encourage guests to feel involved in your day and to enjoy each moment as it happens. It’s about making sure that everyone feels welcome and involved, every step of the way!
